Gem City Ratnapura 2026 - International Gem and Jewellery Show organized by National Gem and Jewellery Authority is scheduled to be held from 31 August 2026 to September 2026 at the Grand Silver Ray Hotel, Pelmadulle, Ratnapura.
The exhibition will bring together leading local and international exhibitors, foreign buyers, industry professionals, exporters manufactures, traders and other key stakeholders on a single platform to promote business networking and international trade in Sri Lanka's gem and jewellery sector.
In addition, on exclusive programme has been arranged for international delegates, including visits on gem mining sites, gem-cutting and processing facilities, the Demuwawatha International Gem and Jewellery Trading Centre (Gem Tower), archaeological sites, and other tourist attractions in the Sabaragamuwa Province. These visits are intended to provide participants with first-hand exposure to Sri Lanka's gem and jewellery value chain while creating opportunities for business networking investment, and future collaboration.
Hospitality arrangements for the event include three (03) nights' complimentary hotel accommodation, together with airport pick-up and drop-off transportation for eligible delegates.
